Where possible we buy most of our ingredients from Australian farmers. Not everything can be Australian, some of the nuts, seeds and more exotic ingredients have to be imported. We know you care about what you feed yourself and your family so we spend a lot of time looking for the best providores of all our ingredients. You can be confident we have chosen our suppliers to ensure the shortest journey from the farm to your mouth and the highest quality produce possible.

How we use Super Cubes smoothie cubes
My favourite dessert is banana nice cream and I love adding a few Super Cubes to vary up the flavour and get more protein in!
Sarah - Health Coach
I use the cubes to whip up a rich chocolatey smoothie for breakfast at least a few days a week. I use either the Choc Banana or the Wake Me Up cubes with coconut milk as a base, add some extra cacao, some maca, mesquite, ashwagandha (such an adaptogen nerd) and 1/2 teaspoon of a hazelnut cacao spread made by a local brand here in Melb. It's like drinking a healthy Ferrero Rocher!
Samantha - Nutritionist
I personally practice intermittent fasting from Monday to Friday of which I incorporate Super Cubes as my first meal of the day. They are super convenient and nutrient dense which helps me stay on track with my personal fitness goals. My personal favourite is Choc Banana with added protein mixed with coconut water!
How do I tell which tray is which in the Combo Cube?
How do I tell which tray is which in the Combo Cube? We'll soon be introducing a printed film so that it's easy to identify which one is which. In the meantime here's how to tell the difference between your cubes: Berry Digest has a slight yellow tone, due to the tumeric. Wake Me Up will have a faint coffee smell. That leaves Choc Banana and Greens.
Are Super Cubes gluten free?
Mostly, yes. All varieties except Choc Banana and Wake Me Up are gluten free. We batch test each product run before releasing it to market to ensure that there is no contamination.
Are Super Cubes vegan friendly?
Yes, all varieties excluding Super Greens Smoothie are vegan friendly. Our greens cubes do contain a small mount of Australian honey so depending on your preferences you may still go for our greens cubes.
How are they shipped?
Super Cubes are shipped in their own little cooler bags with ice bricks to keep them frozen. We do recommend popping them straight into the freezer when you receive them.
What are the best liquids to use for smoothies?
We recommend trying various liquids to find your favourite.
We love: almond milk, coconut water, rice milk and coconut milk.
How do I remove them from the tray?
There are three easy ways to pop your cubes from their tray:
1. Separate 2-3 sides of the tray with a butter knife
2. Run the back of the tray under a lightly running tap for a few seconds
3. Take the tray out of the freezer 1-2 minutes beofre you want to pop them out
Can I recyle the tray?
Yes! You can recycle the tray and the box in your household recycling and also the film from the top of the tray with your soft plastics drop off.
Where do you source your fruits and vegetables from?
Where possible we buy most of our ingredients from Australian farmers. Not everything can be Australian, some of the nuts, seeds and more exotic ingredients have to be imported. We spend a lot of time looking for the best providores of all our ingredients and you can be confident we have chosen our suppliers based on quality.
How many cubes make one smoothie?
We recommend 3 x cubes and around 250-300mls of liquid.
