As our cubes are delivered frozen, we are only able to deliver to each area on the days and time slots listed below.

Your order will come with its own cooler bag and ice bricks to ensure that it remains as cold as possible. It’s recommended that you place your order into the freezer upon delivery. Please consider this when detailing your delivery address to ensure you have a freezer with enough space.

Delivery communications and how to track your order:

You’ll receive an email when your order is shipped with your delivery details and a tracking number so that you can see when your order is going to be delivered.

NSW Shipping Information:

Delivery to homes and offices will be completed between normal business hours of 8.30am – 5pm.

QLD Shipping Information:

Please ensure that you leave your mobile number in the phone field for text message updates.

Delivery to homes will be completed early morning before 7am. Due to this early time of delivery the courier will not knock or ring your doorbell. You will receive a reminder text message the night before delivery AND a delivery confirmation text the morning of so please check your phone as soon as you wake up.

Delivery to regional homes and offices will be completed during normal business hours of 8am - 6pm.

    Returns & Replacements: All purchases are considered final. However, if your order is received incomplete or if the integrity of your Super Cubes has been compromised please contact our customer service team at support@supercubes.com.au with your order number and detail your concerns and we’ll do our very best to resolve this for you.
