Want to know if we ship Cubes or Purée to your area?
If you're outside of the Smoothie Cubes and Superfood Purée delivery areas, you'll currently only be able to order the Wholefood Bars.
As our cubes and purée are delivered frozen, we’re confident you’d expect us to have some specific requirements to ensure we deliver your cubes as expected – frozen!
Cubes and/or Purée orders
If you have ordered Smoothie Cubes/Superfood Purée by themselves or a mix of Cubes/Purée + bars, you’ll get an SMS and email with your tracking link at 8pm the night before delivery.
Then you’ll get a second SMS and email POD confirmation and link once your order has been delivered.
If you’ve ordered your Cubes/Purée later in the week, they will be on for delivery the following Thursday or Friday (sorry).
We do all we can to get your Smoothie Cubes and Superfood Purée out ASAP!
Most of our Smoothie Cubes and Superfood Purée deliveries take place either on a Thursday or Friday, so be ready and make sure you have plenty of room in your freezer.
Wholefoods Bars orders
If you have just ordered the Wholefoods bars by themselves, you’ll receive an email when they’re dispatched with your tracking information on it.
Just click on the button in the email to see where your bars are and how far they are away from delivery.
And finally, after your bars are delivered, you’ll receive a further email letting you know they’ve arrived safely.
Please note: your order WILL be left at the nominated delivery address if no one is there to take delivery. Neither Super Cubes or our courier companies will be liable for damaged or stolen goods.
Returns & Replacements: If your order is received incomplete or if the integrity of your Super Cubes has been compromised please contact our customer service team at email@example.com with your order number and detail your concerns and we’ll do our very best to resolve this for you.
