FAQ
Where do Super Cubes ingredients come from?
As we batch test every production run, yes thats right we batch test every production run to ensure we meet our own standards and health claimes. This means when working toward bringing you the best ingredients it is a requirement of our sourcing team to look locally and overseas to ensure the quality, consistency and the farming practices of the produce for Super Cubes products.
We always endeavour to buy locally and if this isn't possible we buy locally through an agent so that we continue to produce under Australian standards and to also support other Australian businesses.
Please know We have great relationships with all our suppliers and as a collective group we always work to ensure the highest quality and standards are upheld.
Do Super Cubes need to be kept in the freezer?
How do you maintain the goodness when freezing?
If you are like me, we all start each week with great intentions, maybe a stop at the markets on the Sunday to buy the fresh produce and set out a menu for the week only to reach Wednesday and its all gone limp!
In order to produce Super Cubes, once we have blended the ingredients we then blast freeze our cubes in the factory. This quickly seals in the goodness, so you get a massive hit of quality vitamins and minerals when you need them!

Do you use organic fruit?
We use conventional famred fruit, vegetables, seeds and plant based proteins. We’d like to use organic fruit across all our fruits, but it’s difficult to find a cost effective solution and consistant supply of Australian grown certified organic fruit to the high standard we demand.
What you will be happy to know is that Austrlian farmers and the standards they comply to are some of the highest in the world, thus making conventional farming practices here in Australia something that we trust and consumers can as well.

How do probiotics work?
Researchers are trying to figure out exactly how probiotics work. Some of the ways they may keep you healthy:
1. When you lose "good" bacteria in your body, for example after you take antibiotics, probiotics can help replace them.
2. They can help balance your "good" and "bad" bacteria to keep your body working the way it should.

What do probiotics do?
Among other things, probiotics help send food through your gut by affecting nerves that control gut movement. Researchers are still trying to figure out which are best for certain health problems. Some common conditions they treat are:
1. Irritable bowel syndrome
2. Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)
3. Infectious diarrhea (caused by viruses, bacteria, or parasites)
4. Diarrhea caused by antibiotics
There is also some research that shows they're useful for problems in other parts of your body. For example, some people say they have helped with:
1. Skin conditions, like eczema
2. Urinary and vaginal health
3. Preventing allergies and colds
4. Oral health

If you ask us, we use 3 Super Cubes with 300ml of liquid. If you're looking for inclusions we also add 10g of plant based protein and 1/2 a banana.
