This Super Berry Frozen Smoothie Recipe is one of our favourites. You should try it yourself, you definitely won't be disappointed! High in antioxidants, easy to make and easy to drink either in the morning as a breakfast frozen smoothie or anytime throughout your day!

Berries are abundant in antioxidants and help you glow from the inside out.

This is thanks to high levels of vitamin A, which play a nurturing role in normalising oil levels on the skin.

Ingredients (Serves 2)

    How to make this frozen smoothie

    1. Place all ingredients, except the shredded coconut into a high-speed blender
    2. Blend on high for 1 minute or until smooth.
    3. Add extra coconut water and blend again if you prefer a thinner texture
    4. Pour into 2 serving glasses and top with shredded coconut
