The Power punch green smoothie is a super filling frozen smoothie that I love to make for breakfast.
This means I get to start my day off with a smoothie that is packed full of healthy nutrients.
I’m loving the Super Cubes products and how quick and easy it is to make my early morning smoothies before I head out the door to train my clients.
This makes them the perfect breakfast solution for me.
You can use a natural flavoured protein powder if you want in the ingredients below.
But I’m loving hemp protein at the moment, so I’ve been using that more recently for my smoothie creations.
Ingredients (Serves 1 - 2)
- 2 to 3 super greens smoothie Super Cubes
- 1 sliced frozen banana
- 1 scoop of spirulina powder
- 1/2 a tablespoon of Goji Berries
- 1 tablespoon of hemp protein powder
- 1.5 cups of almond milk
Method
- Place all ingredients into your blender
- Blend on high for about a minute or until smooth
- You can add extra milk and blend again if your smoothie is too thick
- Pour into 2 serving glasses and enjoy!
