One simple addition of an ingredient can change your frozen smoothies flavour or texture as soon as you blend.

Adding in some greens
Add in these greens to get much needed vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals into your system.
For best results, you should try cook or steam these greens lightly before blending as well.
Go all out tropical on your smoothie
Fruits like pineapple, papaya and kiwi fruit are not only super tasty, but they also contain sizable amounts of digestive enzymes.
This means they’ll actually help you break down and digest the rest of your smoothie!
Berries are berry good
Berries have long been regarded as powerhouses of nutrition.
They tend to contain low amounts of sugar relative to fibre and a whole host of interesting compounds such as flavonoids, pectin and zeaxanthin to name a few.
They taste great with a natural sweetness to them and they also add plenty of colour to your smoothies too!
You can try different types of berries and get so many different outcomes too.
Fresh or frozen, well you get the idea.
Add in some little extras
Perhaps you like your smoothies already but you feel there is something more that you’re missing, that it can be just a little bit better.
